Welcome to the 2012 edition of the Ellis County Fair. We
have a full lineup of entertainment to please the entire
family. Entertainment requiring a ticket will start at
7:00 PM. We kick off the fair with two nights of URSS
Sprint car races with local cover classed along with our
ever popular school bus races. This year, Tuesday
evening, we changed our lineup to include a concert
featuring country music artist Justin Moore. Cowboys and
Cowgirls with entertain us on Wednesday and Thursday
evening with KPRA rodeo action. The newly popular
Combine Demo Derby with its rip roaring, bone jarring
and metal bashing excitement is sure to please the crowd
on Friday night. Finally to wrap up the week, Saturday
night will feature the crowd favorite Car Demolition
Derby. There will be FREE nightly entertainment on the
Midway with a variety of local and out-of-town bands and
food vendors. This year Lewellen Amusements will have
numerous arm-band nights and discounted passes available
to make family fun affordable. We invite everyone to
come out and view all the 4-H and Open Class exhibits,
as well as our Commercial Vendors booths and displays.
Please come out and see the many improvements we have
made at the Fairgrounds.
Many thanks go out to RPM Speedway, Midwest Deutschefest
Association, Ellis County Fair Board and all the many
volunteers who make the fair possible. We would also
like to thank the Ellis County Commissioners and all the
Ellis County Employees who help us with the operation of
the fair grounds and make the Ellis County Fair
possible.

that you visit their businesses, thanking them for
supporting the Fair. Their support makes all of this
possible.
